Letters of Protection

I do not currently accept letters of protection, which is a shame because the people who must use them usually need the body work.

A Letter of Protection (LOP) is an assurance from my client's attorney that my fees will be withheld and paid from the net proceeds of the client's litigation, IF the client wins his court case and IF there are enough funds to cover the balance. This tool is often used with personal injury suits.

In addition to extending credit and taking on a significant amount of risk, this method involves a lot of extra paperwork on my part. If I don't accept insurance because massage therapists don't make enough money to put up with the paperwork, then LOPs are out of the question.

However, I hate to refuse treatment just because a person in need can't afford it.  Perhaps we can work out a reduced rate; please call 214-395-8000 and we'll discuss your specific needs.
